JAKARTA – Timnas Indonesia unggul 1-0 atas Arab Saudi di Kualifikasi Piala Dunia 2026 zona Asia putaran ketiga. Gol dicetak Marselino Ferdinan.

Bermain di Stadion Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Jakarta, Selasa (19/11/2024) malam WIB, Timnas Indonesia langsung tampil menekan sejak kick-off. Laga belum genap satu menit Garuda sudah mendapat peluang emas lewat kemelut di mulut gawang Arab.

Sayang, Marselino Ferdinan yang berdiri bebas gagal mencetak gol, bola yang sudah melewati kiper hanya membentur tiang gawang Arab Saudi. Pada menit ke-7, Indonesia kembali mendapat peluang emas lewat Rafael Struick, namun tendangannya masih melebar setelah ditepis kiper.

Gol yang ditunggu-tunggu akhirnya lahir di menit ke-32, melalui Marselino Ferdinan. Skor 1-0 untuk keunggulan Indonesia
