BENGKULU – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menangkap delapan orang terkait operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) di Bengkulu pada Sabtu (23/11/2024). Diduga mereka ditangkap terkait kasus pendanaan Pilkada.

Juru Bicara KPK, Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto menjelaskan jumlah orang yang dibawa ke Gedung Merah Putih KPK untuk menjalani pemeriksaan.

“Sampai dengan saat ini, sudah ada delapan orang di jajaran Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu yang sudah diamankan oleh KPK,” kata Tessa, Minggu (24/11/2024).

Selain menangkap sejumlah pihak, tim Lembaga Anturasuah juga menyita beberapa barang bukti yang disinyalir terkait dengan praktik rasuah.

“Turut diamankan uang, dokumen, dan barang bukti elektronik,” ujarnya.

Sebelumnya, Gubernur Bengkulu, Rohidin Mersyah tiba di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Minggu (24/11/2024).

Pantauan SINDOnews di lokasi, Rohidin tiba di pelataran Gedung Merah Putih KPK dengan menggunakan mobil minibus berwarna hitam sekira pukul 14.32 WIB.
