BEKASI – PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) memberi kesempatan SindoNews untuk test drive truk Isuzu Giga FVM dengan roda penggerak 6×2 yang sudah memenuhi standar emisi Euro 4.

Truk tersebut dibekali mesin 6HK1 bertenaga 245 ps (241,6 hp) dan torsi puncak 784 Nm.

Test drive kali ini dilakukan di kawasan Isuzu Training Center, Bekasi, Jawa Barat dengan kondisi truk tanpa muatan barang (boks kosong).

Durasi test drive sekitar 10-15 menit untuk satu media dan diberikan rintangan zig zag serta pengereman.

Saat hendak masuk ke kabin, Carmudi sempat merasa kesulitan karena memang belum terbiasa, mengingat kabin truk sangat tinggi.

Untuk masuk ke kabin truk harus menginjak peleknya terlebih dahulu sambil memegang hendel pintu, kemudian menginjak pijakan kaki sambil memegang pegangan dekat jok.
