JAKARTA – Jaksa akan membacakan surat tuntutan terhadap mantan Menteri Perdagangan (Mendag), Thomas Trikasih Lembong alias Tom Lembong terkait kasus dugaan korupsi importasi gula hari ini, Jumat (4/7/2025). Agenda tuntutan bakal disampaikan dalam sidang di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.

“Terdakwa Thomas Lembong, agenda pembacaan tuntutan,” kata Juru Bicara Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, Andi Saputra yang dikutip Jumat (4/7/2025).

Sidang tersebut akan digelar di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) pada Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Pusat.

Selain Tom Lembong, terdakwa mantan Direktur Pengembangan PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (PPI), Charles Sitorus juga akan mendengarkan surat tuntutan jaksa.

Diketahui, Tom Lembong didakwa telah merugikan negara sebesar Rp578 miliar dalam kasus dugaan korupsi impor gula.
