JAKARTA – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) menangkap dan menetapkan mantan Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Perkeretaapian Kementerian Perhubungan 2016-2017 Prasetyo Boeditjahjono (PB) sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi jalur kereta api Besitang-Langsa pada Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian Medan tahun 2017-2023.

“Hari ini kami tangkap saudara PB di hotel Sumedang,” kata Dirdik Jampidsus Kejagung Abdul Qohar saat konferensi pers, Minggu (3/11/2024).

Penyidikan kasus ini sudah dilakukan sejak 4 Oktober 2023 lalu. Dia mengatakan Prasetyo saat itu menjabat Dirjen Perkeretaapian Kemenhub tahun 2016-2017.

“Terakhir PB menjabat staf ahli Menteri Bidang Teknologi, Lingkungan, dan Energi pada Kementerian Perhubungan,” katanya.

Saat ini Prasetyo ditahan di Rutan Salemba Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) selama 20 hari ke depan.
