Kejagung menetapkan sembilan tersangka baru terkait kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam tata kelola minyak mentah. Foto/SindoNews

JAKARTA – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) menetapkan sembilan tersangka baru terkait kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada Pertamina subholding dan KKKS 2018-2023.

Direktur Penyidikan Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Dirdik Jampidsus) Kejaksaan Agung, Abdul Qohar menyatakan, penetapan tersangka tersebut usai memeriksa setidaknya terhadap 273 saksi dan 16 ahli.

“Tim penyidik menyimpulkan telah diperoleh alat bukti yang cukup untuk menetapkan sebanyak sembilan tersangka,” kata Qohar saat konferensi pers di kantornya, Kamis (10/7/2025).

Mereka yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka adalah AN selaku Vice President Supply dan Distribusi kantor pusat PT Pertamina 2011-2015, HB selaku Direktur Pemasaran dan Niaga PT Pertamina 2014. Kemudian, TN, DS, AS, HW, MH, IP, dan MRC
