Budi Arie Setiadi Dilaporkan Kader PDIP ke Bareskrim Polri, Ini Kasusnya

Sejumlah kader PDIP melaporkan Menkop Budi Arie Setiadi terkait kasus dugaan pencemaran nama baik dan fitnah ke Bareskrim Polri pada Selasa (27/5/2025). Foto/Jonathan Simanjuntak

JAKARTA – Menteri Koperasi (Menkop) Budi Arie Setiadi dilaporkan oleh sejumlah kader PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) terkait kasus dugaan pencemaran nama baik dan fitnah ke Bareskrim Polri, Jakarta Selatan, pada Selasa (27/5/2025). Delapan orang kader PDIP berpakaian merah dengan logo PDIP mendatangi Bareskrim Polri pada pukul 10.18 WIB.

Kedatangan mereka untuk mengadukan Budi Arie dengan membawa sejumlah dokumen dan barang bukti.

Adapun laporan ini dilatarbelakangi lantaran kader PDIP merasa sakit hati atas ucapan Budi Arie. Sebab Budi Arie menyebut ada aliran dana judi online yang justru masuk ke partainya.

“Kami ini sebagai kader PDI Perjuangan merasa sakit hati atas pernyataan yang menuduh katanya PDI Perjuangan yang main ini semua,” ungkap salah satu kader PDIP yang hadir, Wiradarma di Bareskrim Polri, Selasa (27/5/2025).

Adapun Budi dilaporkan atas dugaan tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik dan fitnah atas Pasal 310 dan 311 KUHP. Dalam laporan ini, kader PDIP itu juga membawa barang bukti berupa rekaman suara.
