JAKARTA – Tengkleng kambing merupakan hidangan khas Indonesia yang berbahan dasar tulang dan jeroan kambing, serta dikenal dengan cita rasanya yang lezat dan kaya rempah. Masakan ini sangat cocok disajikan saat Hari Raya Iduladha.

Menjelang perayaan Iduladha , tengkleng bisa menjadi pilihan menu spesial yang berbeda dari olahan daging kambing biasa seperti sate atau sop. Kuahnya yang gurih berasal dari rebusan kaldu bercampur aneka rempah, menciptakan rasa yang menggugah selera.

500 gram iga kambing

Bumbu halus:

1 sdm ketumbar

1 sdt lada

1 sdt jinten

70 gram bawang merah

6 siung bawang putih

3 cm lengkuas

3 cm jahe

6 cm kunyit
