Salah satu cara mudah ialah dengan mengonsumsi makanan yang bisa meningkatkan mood agar kamu tidak merasa kesepian hingga stres berlebih.

Dilansir Cosmopolitan, Sabtu (19/7/2025), para peneliti di Universitas Buffalo baru-baru ini menemukan bahwa mengonsumsi makanan yang menenangkan atau comfort food dapat meningkatkan suasana hati seseorang.

Secara khusus, comfort food dapat melawan kesepian dan membuat pemakannya merasa lebih terhubung dengan orang lain.
