TANGERANG – Fenomena modern mall culture yang berkembang beberapa tahun terakhir telah mendefinisikan ulang fungsi pusat perbelanjaan di Indonesia. Tidak lagi sekadar tempat berbelanja, mal kini menjadi ruang sosial, pusat hiburan, sekaligus bagian dari gaya hidup urban.

Merespons tren tersebut, Paramount Land memperkenalkan Hampton Square, open concept lifestyle mall pertama di Gading Serpong, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.

Berlokasi di Manhattan District, kawasan bisnis 22 hektare di jantung Gading Serpong, mal ini menggabungkan kenyamanan ruang terbuka dengan fasilitas komersial modern.

“Konsep semi-outdoor mal ini interaktif dan vibrant, mencerminkan kebutuhan masyarakat urban akan ruang yang tidak hanya nyaman untuk berbelanja, tapi juga untuk bersosialisasi dan berekreasi,” jelas Direktur Estate Management Paramount Land Oktavianus Ekowibowo melalui keterangan pers, Jumat (18/4/2025).

Dia mengatakan, kemudahan akses, fasilitas ramah hewan peliharaan, taman bermain anak, dan area foto ikonik menjadi daya tarik tambahan bagi pengunjung mal yang beroperasi sejak Desember 2024 ini. Mal ini diharapkan menjadi magnet baru bagi masyarakat Jabodetabek.
