JAKARTA – Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker) memastikan untuk tidak mengumumkan kenaikan Upah Minimum Provinsi ( UMP ) 2025 pada hari ini, 21 November 2024.

Direktur Jenderal Pembinaan Hubungan Industrial dan Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja Kemnaker, Indah Anggoro Putri mengatakan, ditundanya penetapan UMP 2025 ini berdasarkan adanya keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) terhadap Undang Undang Cipta Kerja.

“Diundur. Karena kami masih mengkaji formula yang pas sebagai kepatuhan kami atas keputusan MK,” ujar Indah saat dihubungi, Kamis (21/11/2024).

Adapun Kemnaker mematuhi putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Nomor 168/PUU-XXI/2023 mengenai uji materil UU Cipta Kerja, termasuk ketentuan yang terkait dengan upah minimum.

Kemnaker juga telah menyebar imbauan yang ditujukan untuk seluruh gubernur. Seiring dengan hal tersebut, Indah juga meminta para gubernur untuk menyampaikan informasi ini kepada Bupati/Walikota dan para pemangku kepentingan di wilayah masing-masing.
