JAKARTA – Bisnis perhotelan menunjukkan tekanan berat di kuartal I-2025. Data Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI) DKI Jakarta menunjukkan sekitar 70% pengusaha hotel mengaku bersiap melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) jika situasi tidak segera membaik.

Ketua Umum (Ketum) Kamar Dagang dan Industri (Kadin) Indonesia, Anindya Bakrie mengakui, kondisi ini memang sedang terjadi. Menurut dia ancaman PHK massal di sektor perhotelan tidak lepas dari kebijakan efisiensi.

“Saya bicara dengan Dewan Usaha Kadin, dari Pak Chairul Tanjung, Pak Sofyan Wanandi, dan masih banyak lagi. Mereka mengatakan, memang sektor pariwisata dan sektor perhotelan serta properti itu banyak terdampak,” ujar Anindya di JCC Senayan, Jakarta, Rabu (28/5).

Menurut dia efisiensi itu kan tentunya tidak tanpa sebab, yakni agar pemerintah mengalokasikan dana yang dianggap lebih produktif. Penghematan ini dilakukan berkaitan dengan perlambatan ekonomi. “Tentu kita dari Kadin akan mengevaluasi dan mencoba memikirkan apa solusinya,” katanya.
