Trump Pertimbangkan Investasi Rp486 Triliun untuk Pengembangan Program Nuklir Iran

WASHINGTON – Pemerintahan Presiden Amerika Serikat (AS) Donald Trump mempertimbangkan rencana senilai USD30 miliar (Rp486 triliun) untuk membantu Iran mengembangkan program nuklir sipil sebagai insentif untuk kembali ke perundingan penuh mengenai kesepakatan nuklir. Media AS melaporkan hal itu pada hari Kamis (26/6/2025), mengutip sejumlah sumber.

Washington dan mitra-mitranya di Timur Tengah telah mengadakan perundingan rahasia dengan Teheran, bahkan ketika Iran dan Israel saling serang awal bulan ini, empat sumber yang mengetahui masalah tersebut mengatakan kepada jaringan media AS tersebut.

AS dilaporkan belum mencabut tuntutan utamanya agar Iran setuju untuk tidak melakukan pengayaan uranium, yang telah menjadi garis merah bagi Teheran.

Namun, untuk mempermanis kesepakatan tersebut, Washington dikatakan telah mengajukan beberapa insentif.

“Ini termasuk proyek investasi senilai sekitar USD20-30 miliar dalam program nuklir Iran untuk keperluan energi sipil, meskipun uang tersebut tidak akan datang langsung dari AS, melainkan dari mitra-mitra Arabnya,” klaim laporan tersebut.
