AS mengerahkan lebih dari 125 pesawat, termasuk tujuh pesawat pengebom siluman B-2 yang menjatuhkan 14 bom GBU-57 di Iran. Foto/The War Zone

WASHINGTON – Pentagon mengungkap serangan militer Amerika Serikat (AS) terhadap tiga situs nuklir Iran melibatkan lebih dari 125 pesawat, kapal selam, dan 75 senjata berpemandu presisi. Itu termasuk tujuh pesawat pengebom (bomber) siluman B-2 yang menjatuhkan 14 bom Bunker Buster GBU-57.

Menteri Pertahanan AS Pete Hegseth dan Ketua Kepala Staf Gabungan Jenderal Dan Caine membeberkan rincian serangan militer dengan nama sandi Operasi Midnight Hammer tersebut. Berikut riciannya, sebagaimana dikutip dari Axios, Senin (23/6/2025).

1. Tujuh pesawat pengebom siluman B-2 dan puluhan pesawat pengisian bahan bakar bekerja sama untuk melakukan penerbangan pulang pergi selama lebih dari 30 jam dari Missouri ke Iran.

2. Pesawat tempur generasi keempat dan kelima membuka jalan bagi serangan udara. (Pentagon tidak mau mengungkapkan merek dan modelnya, tetapi gambar grafis publik menggambarkan sesuatu yang tampak seperti jet tempur siluman F-22 Raptor).

3. Satu kapal selam menembakkan lebih dari dua lusin rudal jelajah Tomahawk ke situs nuklir Isfahan.
